We asked for blankets however they were only able to provide 1 for a 4 bed room

It is in a great location and the staff was super friendly and help full.
There is no lift and the pillows are very flat, we had to ask for another pair. A bit expensive for what it is (you’re basically paying for the location)

The staff was very friendly and supportive. They stored my bags even after check out until I left the city. The location is perfect, near anything, the train station, famous attractions and places.

Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating reception staff.
No laundry on site (despite being advertised), no elevator, uncomfortable beds, bathroom door would not close because it was falling apart.
