Location was amazing, 5 mins from Santa Maria Novella and 5 mins from the Duomo.
I loved the balcony and we used it every day, for breakfast and gelato.
Daniella is so nice and very helpful.
Beds were comfy, aircon was good. We had a fridge in the room.
Not very much. If I had to nitpick, there are only stairs but it’s mostly on one level so not really an issue.

Breakfast - very good coffee, room - fully corresponds to the price and even exceeds, location - excellent: few minutes to the rail station and Domo seen from terrace, kind and friendly staff.
