The team at Stella is EXCELLENT. They were professional, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. From our initial welcome to our check out they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast there was wonderful. The best cappuccinos and coffee of our time in Italy.
Nothing. I highly recommend Stella d'Italia if you are looking to be within walking distance of many of the historical sites/areas of Florence.

The location of the property was excellent. Within walking distance to almost everything you would want to see in Florence. Our favorite restaurant in Florence (Il Baretto) was literally a five minute walk from this Hotel.
I adored the idea of antique furnishings, however as aesthetically pleasing they may be, if they are not comfortable or utilitarian it defeats the purpose of paying additional money to have more space and a separate seating area.
