We absolutely loved our stay at Relais Condotta! Our room was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and honestly felt like something out of a fairy tale. It had so much charm while still being comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully.
The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived later than expected, and someone stayed late specifically to make sure we were able to check in, which we really appreciated.
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Florence and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and shops. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room is very beautiful and lovely. The staff is very helpful and he recommends many good restaurants nearby. The location is amazing, super close to the museum and gallery.
