Everything!! ❤️ The location is great, the apartment was STUNNING and had everything that we could possibly need during our stay and it was super clean. The staff were great and no request was too much, they were so genuinely helpful and kind. We miss it already and can’t wait to come back!

If I could give it a 20/10 I would! Mustafa, Fabrizio, and the rest of the staff was so helpful, kind and accommodating. They made sure we were happy with our stay and were simply incredible and made us feel welcome. The location in Santa Croce was so great and the room itself was beautifully decorated with lovely amenities. It also had an ice machine onsite and really great air conditioning which helped in the summer heat. I know if we ever travel back to Florence we would look to stay at Palazzo Doni apartments and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence!
