Central location, spacious room
Difficult parking, not very obvious access to be close to the door and unload the car, entrance through a coffee place , smells like smoke and quite loud

Excellent location to the Camino de Santiago trail and downtown Burgos.
Beds could have been softer.

Great location in the city centre. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Smooth Wi-Fi.
Parking is not guaranteed. When we arrived we were told there is no parking space available. Very slow check-in as the receptionist is also a waitress at the hotel bar/restaurant who struggles to speak English. No soap in the shower (broken soap container).
