This story tells you all you need to know about how wonderful the hospitality was: we had a tour starting at 7:30, but the official time for breakfast was much later. When we checked in, we asked what we could do for breakfast and the owner told us to come up early and we could eat whatever had been put out. In fact, it was the full on display at 6:30 am!! The owner really went out of his way to treat us well. We had a great breakfast! He was very accommodating with other things as well. Altogether a wonderful welcome.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options every morning. The staff was also very friendly and attentive during the first few days of my stay, which made me feel very welcome. However, as the days went by, they seemed to lose interest and became less attentive. Overall, I had a good experience, but I think maintaining the same level of service throughout a guest’s stay would make it even better.
There were a few things I didn’t like during my stay. First, it was never made clear before my arrival that payment had to be made in cash. The booking app indicated that payment would be by card, so I assumed it had already been charged. This caused me a lot of inconvenience because I wasn’t carrying enough cash and had a very difficult time finding a way to withdraw money.
Second, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and the mattress and bed linens were in very poor condition and noticeably worn out. The sheets made me feel itchy throughout the night and even caused a skin rash.
Finally, the hot water barely worked, which made showering inconvenient.
On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, and its low price helps make up for some of these shortcomings.
