Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig anlegt, direkt an einer Hafen-Bucht mit Mangroven bewachsen. Im Meer baden ist daher nicht möglich. Wir hatten die Mangrove Suite gebucht, diese ist sehr großzügig mit sehr schönem offenen Badezimmer und Hot Spring Jacuzzi.
Frühstück 'a la carte' und Service waren sehr gut, wie auch das Abendessen, welches sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Es gibt Weine des Balinesischen Weingutes 'Hatten'. diese sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen.
Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Extra Divers Tauchbasis, die sich direkt auf dem Hotelgelände befindet. Dies war auch der Grund unserer Buchung in diesem Hotel.
Die Zimmer wie auch die Anlage ist etwas lieblos gestaltet. Im großen Zimmer fehlen Sitzmöglichkeiten und die Terrasse ist eigentlich kaum nutzbar, da der Sonnenschutz fehlt. Es ist alles etwas 'schmuddelig' und in die 'Jahre gekommen'. Der Restaurantaußenbereich ist kaum vorhanden. Auf einer Betonfläche stehen ein paar Tische und Stühle. HIer wäre mit wenig Aufwand etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit möglich.
Das Hotel scheint häufig von Reisegruppen besucht zu werden, die auf Java/Bali Rundreise sind. In 4 Nächsten Aufenthalt hatten wir 2 unterschiedliche Gruppen, die nur für 1-2 Nächte blieben.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was great and they accommodated vegan request. The infinity pool and grounds are really beautiful.
The traditional style suite we were upgraded to was very spacious but hard to cool down during the hot afternoons.

De service is ongeëvenaard. Het personeel deed er alles aan om je een onvergetelijke tijd te bezorgen. Het eten was weliswaar wat duurder dan gemiddeld op Bali maar vers en ontzettend lekker. Ook zijn er veel glutenvrije opties beschikbaar. De Lumbung Suite (Maisonette) was een prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie tuin en groot zwembad met een geweldig uitzicht op de baai.

pool and hot pool were nice, staff helped a lot with requests
room was dark and next to a mangrove patch full of trash, AC is weak, monkeys stole my dive equipment, no other place to dry stuff than outside, even though they have a jetty they do not allow customers to get picked up there by boats, overall I would t stay again but opt for a locally owned option instead
