I had a wonderful stay at Sabaidee Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff deserve special praise for being so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.
The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and my room was beautiful and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the lovely balcony—a perfect place to sit and relax.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a great variety to choose from. The location was excellent too: very central and convenient for exploring the city.
Above all, it was the kindness of the staff that made my stay so special. I will definitely be coming back next year and highly recommend Sabaidee Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you to the whole team!
There was nothing to fault. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was very happy with every aspect of the hotel.

Clean
Some staff not cooperative for example by the time we arrived for, which was more than 1 hour before closing, there was no croissant and they said its finished and I told them that moat of the food items I can't eat because it's not halal thanks gor me I have my Google translate to converse in English and Lao. Only and only upon our insistence the lady called the Manager and he also said its finished. It's only when I told them to return my cash in relation to breakfast that he went and purchase croissant
That was so difficult
They just don't care

Good location close to the city center, walking distance from main sights and various restaurants, bars and small shops. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast. Comfortable bed.
A bit of an older, run-down hotel though - room was comfortable enough but don't expect Western-style luxury. The water pressure in the shower was useless and the breakfast was very mediocre. The staff was rather apathetic. No daily cleaning though.
