Location excellent. We mentioned to receptionist that our room was very noisy due to construction next door.
She didn’t hesitate and upgraded us to a higher level, which we were very happy with

We were on the ninth floor had a nice view but there was noise from construction next door so wouldn't stay there again as the new building will take away the view
Construction next door was right outside the fire alarm kept going off it got to the point we ignored it and the fire department never turned up which we thought was unusual
