Nicely appointed apartment on the edge of Broadbeach. The bedroom was spacious with a large built-in-robe to sort our belongings and suitcases. The bathroom had a great bath. Our loungeroom had a comfy reclining lounge. The gym was very small but functional. The pool was small but had a great spa. There is also a steam-room and a tennis court. Safe, secure below building parking was great.
Our apartment needed a little sprucing eg. new carpets and updated bathroom.
The pillows were too high for my liking and were unable to be swapped as all the pillows in the resort are the same.
Our apartment faced the Gold Coast Hwy and there were quite a lot of cars with loud revving engines at all hours of the night. To try an avoid the noise, an apartment facing Surf Parade may have helped but we were unable to swap as the apartment had already been allocated.

This was our second time staying at Neptune Resort and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade, which in no way we expected, however, were very appreciative of - enjoying the spaciousness and the ocean views. The resort is within walking distance of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, wonderful restaurants, The Star Casino and the beach. The room and facilities were clean and bed was comfortable.

Great pool and spa - very sheltered from the GC winds. Location also fantastic for the tram/bus/pac fair and a short walk to the beach/boardwalk.
I paid extra for a renovated apartment on a lower floor. Upon arrival got told we had been ‘upgraded’ to a higher floor. But that room was definitely not renovated (very old bathroom etc) so I’m not sure if we actually did get an upgrade and I paid the additional for nothing. The wifi was also very temperamental so you wouldn’t want to rely on being able to work etc.
