We had all that we could have asked for. Location was great. Close to transport and the beach. Just across the road from shopping area. The pool was warm and clean. Lounge chairs poolside made it a comfortable area for relaxing. The coffee shop attached was a bonus with great food and good prices. The bed was a pushed together item but very wide and comfortable.
Only negative was the lack of comfortable seating. The couch was not conducive to sitting and watching TV or sitting and reading a book. The only other chairs were kitchen chairs.

Great location, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. My stay was effortless from start to finish. The staff were all helpful, welcoming and friendly, with a special mention to Rose, who was particularly lovely and made me feel very welcome.
A wonderful stay at Neptune Resort on the Gold Coast. I would happily stay again!
The only downside was the quality of the towels and the hairdryer, which could do with an upgrade. I would suggest bringing your own towels and hairdryer if possible. There is an in-room laundry, so you can easily wash your own towels during your stay.

The resort is a very short walk to Broadbeach South station & Pacific Fair shopping centre. It's not too far from the Convention Centre & restaurants
The 4 night stay wasn't long enough
