Room was exceptionally clean, Plenty of water in fridge on arrival
Room was on the main road but once door was closed could not hear a thing
Shower was SUPERB

Cleanliness, Comfort, Location, Quietness. We live on Gozo and like to take short breaks on. This was our first visit to The Park Lane Aparthotel. We would certainly use it again and not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Centrally located and close to the bus station. It was easy to walk to the sea and to many different restaurants. The apartment was spacious and we had the conveniences of a hotel, cleaning services and 24hr reception, without the general hubbub of a hotel. The pool area was small but great and I could imagine that it gets busy at peak times. All the staff were friendly and quickly sorted any query. They couldn’t have been more helpful!
We had a 3 bedroom apartment with plenty of interior space but the balcony was small. It was not usable when the AC was on as the hot air expelled from the unit made it impossible to sit out there. Fortunately we could use the pool area so it was not a problem for us.

Staff were friendly and approachable
Area of St Paul’s where hotel is located is very run down and unattractive- lots of rubbish and pavements etc are in a bad state of repair
We booked a penthouse apartment that was basic and needed some redecoration and attention to general maintenance - we relocated to another hotel in Valletta after only one night.
For price we paid we could have booked very good 4/5 stars hotel in more upmarket resort
$$$$
