the location, the room
The breakfast doesn't have so much diversity.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well presented. Location to Memmingen is very good, 10 minutes walk and you are in the town.
Due to events etc, car parking some evenings was difficult, as the car would be full. Personally I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The biggest disappointment is breakfast. At 9 a.m., there was nothing left. Not even an omelet. There are a lot of staff in the restaurant, but there is no sense at all. There was nothing for the child.

Disappointed by Hidden Charges
The hotel itself was good — clean and comfortable — so I can’t say anything bad about the facilities. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff. We were not informed that breakfast wasn’t included, and were charged £12.50 per person for something very basic and unimpressive. The booking site clearly stated that breakfast was included, which was misleading. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the hidden charges — it’s really frustrating and feels dishonest, especially nowadays.
