Room was very small but very clean, difficult to move around in if we both wanted to stand / pass each other, but cannot fault the cleanliness. The pool was a welcome extra

Lunch snack menu - disgusting - not what we expected, prawns - were so overcooked the prawns had completely disingtegrated, the chicken strips were luke warm / cold in middle covered with a luke warm sauce, and the cheese dip, tasteless - asked for saltm it never arrived- we did mention this to the barman / waiter who said he would mention it to the kitchen, then completely forgot as carried on serving othr guests, Overworked and understaffed. We were looking forward to the afternoon live singer, she was invisible as she turned up , plugged her phone in and pressed play and disappeared - lots of disappointed guests - terrible, she didnt even acknowledge or explain she was not going to sing The pool was lovely but the young staff were completely disinterested, more interested in their phones, one even took our parasol to shade the 'lifeguard' whilst we were in the pool!
