It was very clean, great location, spacious room, nice and friendly staff
The bathroom can use a little update and the main bed was a little uncomfortable-the mattress was dented. But it wasn’t bad so that you can’t sleep

Its only a walking distance to the town centre but you need a car to go to the beach which is about 8 min drive because of the hills in Neos Marmaras
It’s a great place for a family of 4, has 2 rooms and 2 balconies.

The place offers good value for money and met our basic needs for a short stay. The location is a strong point — very convenient and with a nice view.
The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Their helpful attitude made the overall experience pleasant and positive.
While there’s room for improvement in some areas, we’re grateful for the hospitality and the effort to make us feel comfortable.
Even though it's clear that the place is regularly cleaned and maintained, it does feel a bit worn and would benefit from some updates. The bathroom, in particular, could use improvement — it's quite dated, and the shower doesn't have a holder, which makes it inconvenient to use. The mattress also felt old and uneven, which affected comfort.
It would also be helpful to add a mosquito net to the door, especially for guests who prefer to sleep with the door open — there were some insects, which made that difficult.
Overall, we appreciated the effort to keep the place in order, but with a few upgrades, it could offer a much better experience.
