Everything. Staff were amazing spoke excellent English and were all very friendly and courteous. Room was with lakeside view, absolutely stunning. Car parking right in front of hotel. Overall an amazing 3 day stay. A big thank you to all the staff.
Nothing.

Everything.
The pillows were too soft for us and the room was a little too warm especially at night. There may have been an option to have a fan but we did not ask for one.

The Friedheim hotel was located on a hill that we could easily reach by our rental car. The view of the Lake Lucerne and the mountain range from our window was spectacular. It was like a fairytale. Then the staff was the cherry on top. They were so kind, considerate and helpful. One staff member even brought two dumbbells from home for my husband as he needed them for his physiotherapy exercises. We had breakfast daily and it was the most satisfying breakfast with such an amazing view. This hotel was the perfect location to rest and relax at the end of the day in peace after exploring different locations in Switzerland every day. I’m so glad I found this beautiful little hotel for our Switzerland trip.
I wish there was a fan but honestly it didn’t matter that much.

It was clean and in great location. The breakfast was very nice and the views were exceptional
There was no air conditioning and it was in a middle of a heatwave, very hot room. The hotel felt very much like a hostel. The sister hotel was very nice and modern.
