Location is amazing, just in front of the Chateau Fontainebleau. The room was small, but comfortable. Cosy double-bed. It was warm in the room, which is essential for me.
I could hear people walking up and down the stairs clearly. It was making some noise.

Great location. All you need. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Room style was really modern and cool with a nice balcony. Staff were nice. Location was really good and safe - easy to help explore the left bank and plenty of restaurants near by.
The room walls are paper thin. I can hear the conversation in the room next to me and that doesn't help when they wake up at 5:30am and talk for 90 mins before departing. You can literally hear any conversations and footsteps in the hallway too.
