It was an especially meaningful stay as we were visiting Delhi for my sister’s bridal shopping, and it was also my first time travelling to the city. The hotel team, particularly Tushar and Stuti, went above and beyond to make the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
We arrived late in the evening, and the team immediately made us feel welcome and well looked after. They were also incredibly helpful in suggesting areas to visit and things to experience, which made a real difference, especially with the city being particularly busy due to the BRICS Convention taking place during our stay.
Their genuine hospitality, warmth and thoughtful approach really stood out and helped make what was already a special trip an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.
One thing we would have done differently is more research into events taking place in Delhi during our visit. With the BRICS Convention happening in the region, there were a number of road closures and increased hotel prices, which did make getting around a little more challenging. Having known this in advance, we could have planned our days and travel arrangements more effectively.

Special thanks to Shikha for all the decorations and arranging compliments as we came to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Upon arrival, we were not served welcome drinks. During checkout, we had to wait approx 30 mins for our car to arrive which was valet parked.
