All employees was very nice and helpful, location of the hotel is very close to many stores,bus and train stop also many restaurant, food in hotel restaurant is delicious !!!! for sure we will be back when we again visit Krakow 😀 Diana and Abdel from Canada
During our visit was a renovations couples of the room in hotel and was noisy.

We came with 3 kids, so one staying for free. (5people). Family apartment was a good choice
Only one fridge for all rooms, poor tea choises for late hour arrival.

It was comfortable and clean. Close to a tramway station ( 5 min walk)
Staff very chaotic about breakfast arrangement, they were putting a person to observe the clients while eating and asking them about their breakfast vouchers ( which u need to pay for every morning before breakfast) which was making everyone uncomfortable and usually making a big fuss which was upsetting for all clients présent in the restaurant area. The restaurant was said to be open for lunch/diner, but when I went it was closed because it was "reserved".
The whole area where the hotel is located is shady.

Nice staff
The restaurant served me perogi that were still frozen inside. The location is pretty depressing. The bathroom light was flickering.
