Heel vriendelijk en professioneel personeel, niets was teveel gevraagd. In de keuken wordt op hoog niveau gekookt en er is een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt/salade buffet. Diverse plekken in en om het hotel om even te gaan zitten in een boek te lezen.

The location is closer to the forest, set further away from the lake which turned out to be a plus. The mountains facing rooms are looking at the amazing wallpaper of trees and meadows with grazing cows. Quiet! The rooms are so well insluated that it feels like you are the only person in the hotel and while not new, the hotel stills smells of fresh wood. The breakfast will please even the difficult to please guests and so will the dinner...I've heard. Whether you are up for a hike or bike ride or a very lazy time with a book, this hotel can accomodate both. The staff, from the receptionist to your server at the restaurant act with a sense of practised professionaity and yet they still serve you with a sense of pride.

Nice location near the lake Achensee
The waitstaff weren't very attentive and weren't very friendly.
The food wasn't up to 4-star standards.
