Convenient location close to Shiori Station, cafes, and very accessible to the Coaska shopping centre via the elevated walkways, amazing view of the naval port, comfortable room & bed.
Even on the 15th floor, there was still some noticeable traffic noise until late at night. Didn’t keep me awake.

I was not expecting the room to be as big as it was. The staff was accommodating and very professional and friendly.
The mall was directly across the street from the hotel and the train station was directly behind the hotel. Perfect!
I have absolutely no complaints. I loved everything about this hotel.
I was Japan for 1 entire month and stayed at 3 different hotels during my visit. The Mercure was my favorite of the 3.
This will be my home away from home whenever I visit Japan in the future.

location, and the check in process
the late night staff he was kinda of acting as if he didn’t want to deal with anything. and the room and the floor i was on. it always says city view but when i get in the room and look out the window there’s nothing but other walls or a peak of the roof of the next building.
