The quiet location with fantastic views, the cleanliness, being able to have breakfast on the terrace. Hara is a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful.

The room was quite large and had a small kitchen. The location is near the Main Street of Imerovigli. Good view from outside.

The terrace that was announced was not private, it was a space between 2 rooms so anyone could occupy it. Also there was no window in the room, only doors. The kitchen itself had nothing to heat up the food. The parking around is public, we didn’t have a chance to park somewhere near there in July, it was always full, so we always parked 7 mins from hotel by foot.

Very clean and comfortable, away from the hustle and bustle.

Great location and nice rooms, all as expected

Reception staff: Before our arrival, I asked about parking availability and was told that there was only one parking space available, and only if we rented a car directly through the property. I was also told that all other parking options were located in the city. Since we rented a car at the airport, we were concerned about finding a parking space nearby. When we eventually arrived, we were very surprised to see that there were plenty of parking spaces available right next to the property. It gave us the impression that we were being pushed toward an additional service rather than being provided with accurate information. Another uncomfortable experience occurred when we were having breakfast in an outdoor seating area assigned to one of the rooms. At around 9:30 a.m., while we were simply having a normal conversation, a member of the reception staff approached us and told us to be quiet because there were guests staying next door. We were not being loud or disruptive, so the situation felt quite strange and unnecessary (day before, they wanted to upgrade us to this specific room but we resigned). Finally, when we were checking out, we were informed that some towels had been stained by hair dye. We immediately said that we were willing to pay for any damage if necessary. The receptionist then called the manager, after which we were told that everything was fine and that we could leave without paying anything. Once again, the handling of the situation felt awkward and confusing. Overall, the property itself was excellent. The location, rooms, and facilities were all great. However, I would strongly recommend improving the reception service, as it was among the poorest customer service experiences I have had in recent years.
