The hotel was lovely.Clean and very confortable. Good location and plenty of parking.
However,the check in was a disaster.There were many of us in our party and took approx 15 minutes for every couple to chech in.This amounted to possibly well over an hour.The person on recepción was lovely so it was obvously the proceedure that was wrong.
