I booked the room at short notice to attend a wedding in the area. I had a room in an extension at the rear of the main building. Lovely room, which was huge, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with excellent quality ingredients. The staff were very helpful and friendly and kindly allowed me to collect my room key before normal check in time so that I could attend the wedding.

Nothing to dislike.

For the location was great, bar area and garden lovely. The food and breakfast we could not fault , plentiful and delicious

Room very dated but very clean. What let it down was the mold, smell of must damp dots all over wallpaper, skirting and floor in bathroom. We were only staying 1 night so made do as the bar and garden and food made up for the rooms
