Though small, the room was clean and airy. It had the necessary equipment I would need: utensils, the burner, kitchen sink etc. The toilet and shower were very clean and appealing. I liked the location of the facility. It is centrally located, at the intersection of two tram routes, that is, numer 18 and number 15. Number 15 takes you all the way to Nations, where the United Nations is located.
They have only one pan in the room. They should add at least another pan, and may be a pot also.

Large room with good kitchen facilities . Good bathroom, although shower over bath . Ideally located six minutes walk from the hospital. Two good sized windows with shutters
Noise, although the street outside is pedestrian focused. A bar and restaurant below had tables right outside the window to midnight . So I didn't open the windows during the evening. Also there was a strong white light shining from the flats across the road which didn't go out all night. Suggest ask for a courtyard room.
The room was very hot no AC but a mobile fan. Couldn't get temp below about 27C most nights.
Geneva card should be available, facilitated by the hotel, I only got mine for one week out of the three I was there, in spite chasing management

The staff is absolutely amazing! I think Daniel is his name. He’s so much helpful in every possible way. You made my 8 days stay absolutely amazing! Despite of the hot weather, you did what you can! You’re a star!
I think it is best during winter. Since my room was on the roof. And with summer weather, it was so hot like an oven. But Daniel still tried his best to help me, he gave me another fan that I can use. He even tested it before giving to me, to see if it’s better than the 2 fans I have in my room.

The studio is located close to supermarkets and the tram stop. There is a nespresso machine in the room and the water pressure of the shower is very good.
Cleanliness of the main room was not great, the bathroom was clean however. The mattress is old and concave. You can hear every detail going on in the other rooms. For this price I would have expected better quality.
