Very well located, excellent staff, clean and comfortable.
Some rooms were small and some didn’t have easy ventilation through windows but the AC was perfect for temperature control.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Palais des Princesses & Spa. The property is beautiful, comfortable and has a lovely traditional Moroccan atmosphere, but what really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality.
A very special mention must go to Malek from the evening shift. He was incredibly kind, patient and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. When we faced a difficult situation with a shop in Marrakech, he took the time to listen, explain our options and guide us on what we could do. We also had an unfortunate accident during a quad-bike experience in the Agafay Desert, and Malek once again went out of his way to assist and support us.
His help went far beyond normal hotel service. He genuinely cared about our wellbeing and made us feel that we had someone we could rely on while away from home. Malek is a real credit to the riad and deserves special recognition from the management.
Thank you, Malek, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again! ❤️
The only minor concern we had was with the bathroom. Water tended to collect in one area and was not draining properly, which made it a little inconvenient. Also, there was no telephone in the room to contact reception directly. Apart from these small issues, we were very happy with our stay and the excellent service from the staff.

It is close to the center and has a nice sunny rooftop! The staff is supper friendly and helpful!
The Propery is very big but mostly hallways.
It is super cold as we stayed during December. The draft is everywhere including the room. We stayed in Vizir which is top floor so very exposed.
The breakfast was average and there is very little room in buffet as it is literaly in the halway so you are mixing with hotel passengers as you pick up your food. Food ran out fast and it took a while to arrive.
