Everything! The animals were amazing. Our guide and tracker (Eden and Magic) were incredible. Their knowledge and love of the animals was clear to see and they made our experience incredible. The room was lovely with a private deck where we could relax and watch the animals at the river during the day. Lodge staff were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay so special.

Staff were very friendly and our guides were incredible. We saw 4/5 of the big 5 and multiple times. Only thing we didn't see was a buffalo which didn't really care about.
Receptionist could have been a bit more on the ball. It would have been nice if they explained more on the safety side too i.e. what to do in case of an emergency.

Beautiful property with charming rooms. The food was excellent, and the reception and service team were very friendly.
Our bungalow initially had an unpleasant smell, but it cleared after some airing. Unfortunately, the hot water was not working. The game drives were less informative compared to other experiences, and the driver seemed somewhat unmotivated.
