Annie & Tima were wonderful hosts — warm, friendly and very helpful. The location is convenient and peaceful. Unit 4 has a lovely private courtyard, a comfortable king bed and a full kitchen, with some thoughtful supplies provided for our arrival.
The term “resort” could perhaps give the wrong impression — I’d describe it more as boutique-style accommodation. It is a little dated, but that’s also fairly typical of accommodation on Norfolk Island. If you arrive expecting relaxed, comfortable island accommodation rather than a high-end hotel, you’ll appreciate it for what it is. There’s no air-conditioning, although this is common across much of the island.

A lovely property within walking distance to Burnt Pine and the local brewery.
It is an older property with a small bedroom with a king size bed. The heater is old and the Nespresso machine was faulty.

Should have been told about having to use a lighter on the kitchen hob - having some kitchen directions would have been helpful
No electric blankets when in the notes it said there was and the hotties were not in the bathroom cupboards but we got that sorted out
The lid on the peppercorns was broken and a whole jar fell into the food being prepared but the staff were probably not aware of this !
