Bad

After we left, they charged us on my credit card alleged loss of the clothing hangers of which we are 100% sure that we didn't take them as per statement of our companion who fixed our things & bags. That's unfair & in fact illegal. Forgot exact amount the charge but a considerable one. And even minimal cost, same wasn't just right. It would have been a good stay but for that experience, we will never come back. Recommending also to others that Kimberly should not be considered as the place worth staying. We really hate what they did & I still become furious whenever I'm reminded just like now.

Overall we had a good stay.

The grounds facilities. Room are good too. Al fresco tables for people with pets.

Care for pets. We paid 1,500 but no amenities for pets given. Unlike in Kimberly Manila we got a pee pad and water bowl.

for farm fun activites for kids only. They do not issue OR if you booked through agency - feels like not a priority.

It’s the farm and animal experience for the kids. Also, the servers in the restaurant, horse/farm and pool are the true heroes of the hotel - very hospitable and accomodating. Thus, they deserve some reward from the management. I also left my ID at their property and they were able to return it to me by coursing it through their Manila Branch. Super grateful!

First, if you book through online partner like booking.com or agoda.com they will not issue you Official Receipt with appropriate Tax number receipt. They will tell you to get it directly from the site. This is the firt time I have experienced such hassle. Can’t recommend if you need OR for substantiation/reimbursement. Second, the building is outdated. Rooms are quite not that clean - a bit dusty. They should put room air filter/purifier. Third, the pool is quite not heated. Not sure if it’s the weather but the pool didn’t seem to be warm despite it is being marketed as heated pool.

we might go back for a day trip or for the restaurant but the room and pool cleanliness can be improved

so many fun activities especially for kids. restaurant served great food for good value. farm was well maintained.

pool was not clean- you couldn't see to the bottom of the pool as the water was murky. many insects inside the room too.

Quick staycation

The hotel catered to the family. Quite a few activities one can enjoy with their kids - movie night, bonfire, animal feeding, swimming. They were even kind enough to distribute milk and cookies for kids before bedtime. The food was also good. We had a fun and relaxing time.

The shower wasn't working well in our room but that did not take away from the experience.

Our home away from home

Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay is my favorite hotel in the Philippines. This is around my 4th stay since we discovered this hotel. They have everything we need. We didn't bother to go out, especially because of the traffic in the city. Everything's perfect! Very comfortable and clean rooms, nice play room, outdoor activities, pool (not heated though), excellent choices and taste of foods (buffet), great location, great parking lot, and friendly and accommodating staff. This is definitely our home away from home.

Adult swimming pool is not heated. But we can still manage especially during summer season. We can also not opt to use the pool since there are lots of other activities available.

A hotel with a heart for the family.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had so much fun with their Easter events especially the scavenger hunt. They even accommodated my request to have a room with a veranda view since we stayed for 2 days and the room they gave us was exceptional. Thank you for that. My kids and I really appreciated it.

Property was really good for family holidays esp if u have kids. Great breakfast, great staff and also surrounded by nature. Loved the bonfire as well

wifi was bad in our room, it’s room 208. IT has to fix the wifi connected to TV but even when connected to phone, wifi reception wasn’t good, LTE was even faster.

good place to unwind with family

they have a little farm where you can feed chickens and bunnies. it was kid friendly for sure. it 3 pools as well although it was too cold to swim at that time. they also have a board where they put the water temp for each pool which was helpful. for breakfast, they have a separate station for bacon which i like. the staff also are very friendly and most of the food in their menu is available like halo-halo (even in the cold weather).

the rooms are a bit dated although you would be spending most of the time outside so it was okay.

Making memories with my family in this hotel will always be a core memory.

It's very cozy and homey. We have been going to this family hotel since 2013. And going there every Christmas season has been a tradition since then. It's amazing how consistent their facilities and the warmth of the people there until now.
