Late check-in (was on the road all day and didn't get in until after 7.00 pm). Warm in a Canberra winter. Helpful staff.

was very convenient for an overnight stay, due to work I was late in and early out and really only used the shower, jug, TV and bed everything was great.
Lift was out of service, but plenty of improvements going on so I expect it will be great next visit.

The room was very clean and well presented.
The access to facilities was poor. I was informed I couldn't access the gym until reception arrived at 7am. When I arrived at 7am the next morning, I was then informed I couldn't access the gym until 8am despite there now being a reception staff member present. I found the miscommunication between staff quite frustrating. The gym facilities themselves were also poor with torn pads and extremely outdated machine. Whilst I understand staying at a hotel isn't about the gym, I selected this particular place due to having access to facilities and was frustrated when they were not available despite being a paying customer and subpar in quality.

The rooms were decent, clean, and well maintained. The staff were generally polite, and the overall stay was comfortable.
Breakfast was disappointing due to poor replenishment of food items. Several dishes frequently ran out and were only refilled after guests repeatedly asked, which made the experience frustrating. One morning, the fried rice ran out, and when we requested a refill, we were told it was reserved for a special group, even though guests who arrived earlier had already been served. The pancake machine also kept running out of batter and required multiple reminders before it was refilled and working again. Additionally, the TV in the room had no smart apps or streaming options, which limited its usefulness.
