Relaxing atmosphere peaceful stay at the pools
No shuttle service or bus stop to use to get to the main road or seaside . Spa reception staff or pool staff need basic English to make communication with guests easier

The swimming pools and grounds, spa area.
Beds are hard and uncomfortable, staff are not very friendly and place does need an overall refurbishment, housekeeping needs work as rooms not cleaned or replenished very well for a 5 star establishment.
Breakfast was ok, evening buffet is questionable and needs more options it’s very repetitive every evening.
Lobby bar food and drinks menu is reasonable but limited again on food choices.
£40 per person for evening meal is not worth it, restaurants are a short taxi journey away and more better value for money.
Uber is well established there and easy to get around shopping mall and restaurants are close by with ease of an uber for like £7.00
