Good location! Rooms are comfortable. A good range of options for breakfast and it was nice and quiet so wasn’t any need to rush.

Location for my purpose was good.
Rooms were clean and cleaning staff were lovely and kind
Only enjoyed one meal at the inhouse buffet, but it was very good
That there is no complimentary tea/coffee etc
Could also have microwave in rooms

Location and excellent view from room 9-11 facing entire landscapes of Seoul
The attempt to over charge guests - example 30,000 Won addition of any bag left after check out and additional Won for going beyond 11am checkout - other hotels are not so g this in Seoul

Quick in and out
I expected a more grander lobby area and not one person in back of a glass enclosure with a mask.
