Repetiría pero.

La ubicación es muy buena, está a 10 minutos de Sacre Coeur andando (aunque cuesta arriba), hay dos estaciones de metro muy cerca y está a unos 10/15 minutos de la estación del norte. El desayuno, aunque es básico, está bien: café, bizcocho, embutido, huevo cocido, zumo de naranja, una cestita con un croissant, una mini napolitana y un pan que complementa mantequilla, mermelada, nocilla y quesitos. Todos los días teníamos toallas limpias y la habitación hecha.

Aunque el personal de recepción y la chica que limpia las habitaciones son muy amables y te intentan ayudar en todo, lo peor es el personal de cocina, tanto como para incomodarte. Tienen poco espacio para el desayuno (unas 8/10 mesas), cuando llegas no suelen salir a ver cómo están las mesas, miran de muy malas formas y te hablan peor, porque solo hablan francés pero tampoco hacen por entenderte. Cuando vas a recepción a que te intenten ayudar, vienen corriendo como si estuvieras haciendo algo malo. Hacen pasar situaciones incómodas y casi era mejor que no saliesen. Pone que hay ascensor, pero yo no lo vi. Si no estás muy cansado igual se oyen mucho los ruidos de la escalera y habitaciones cercanas. Nosotros acababamos el día agotados, así que no nos enteramos.

Demande de supplément 50 € pour 1 adulte alors que j'ai réservé pour 2 adultes. Travaux en cours, poussière partout. Chaleur intenable pendant la journée et froid la nuit ( rien compris) Chambre très petite et lits jumeaux alors réservé avec lit double et j'en passe .

Hotel with a fantastic location and value for money

The hotel's location is excellent, near Gare du Nord & Montmartre, and just one bus from the city center. The room was clean. The receptionists, as well as the kitchen staffs, were very polite and professional.

The elevator is too small and between two floors. So it is difficult for people with limited movability conditions.

The breakfast was great. A great selection of food to choose from. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

The wifi was there but not working in the room/s unless you were next to the reception and then it wasn't that great. In 2023 it should be a given to have wifi working in the rooms.

it was perfect for what I needed and would stay there again.

the hotel is in a prime location and although it may be in need of a renovation the hotel is good value for your money.

it could do with some new decor but I didn’t expect anything more.

Staff was very lovely and attentive. We really enjoyed stayng there. Breakfast was also very good and tasty. Room was clean and warm.

We didnt like that there was no wi-fi connection in our room and was available only in the loby.

Would not ever stay there again, would’ve rather stayed ANYWHERE else.

Location was good, and the overnight staff was nice but that’s the only good thing I can say.

The room was not what I expected AT ALL. The bed sheet had stains on it, what looked to be dried up blood. The toilet rim looked gross like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The room was cold. The wifi doesn’t reach the 6th floor so you will have to come to reception to use wifi. The elevator only goes up till the 4th floor so if you’re staying on the 5th or 6th floor, be prepared to walk up some narrow spiral stairs with your bags. The elevator is also tiny so if you have more than just a carry on, it likely won’t even fit inside the elevator. The window in my room looked sketchy, there were no proper blinds or even a curtain, it looked to be a weird paper-like sheet that can’t even be moved.

This accommodation has an unacceptable receptionist with very bad manners, he did not welcome us nicely while I had booked a family room, he told me that the two small babies, two years old and three years old, cannot stay there, that he wants €100 extra for them and that he will he moves to another accommodation (faubourg hotel Paris ) He forced us to leave and go to their other accommodation which at 2 o'clock in the evening we found out that it had mice and bed bugs do not step in their hotels! The mice ate our children's food and walked on our clothes, I put pictures with the mice underneath, another accommodation that the receptionist brought us!

Very good

hotel in good location. Close to metro and bus stations. It's not that far from tourist spots. Good cleaning and service. Pleasant breakfast buffet.

WiFi did not reach the room. Third floor… No fridge and heater is noisy. But they are renovating the building, so I believe it will have improvements.

Fear stay!

Room recently refurbished , warm and comfortable. Breakfast was nice , good selection of food and excellent service!

The lack of cleaning , floor was dirty , pillows dirties. Lift did not work and we had a room in the 5th floor as the property was under refurbishments works and there was no comments or note about it when we booked the rooms, they should charge less considering the state of the property.

Friendly staff, but overcharged by booking.com and very poor value

the staff were friendly, the location was good, the breakfast was good

it was very basic, no tea/ coffee in the room, no electric points except the television, no drawers or adequate surfaces for suitcases, quite cold at night, television didn’t work! the price charged by booking.com was over twice the price quoted for the room which was listed as £98 per night and was charged at over £400 for two nights. We were not at all happy with this booking.

I will rate this hotel as 1 star.Lift is not working and our room in the 2nd floor, was very hard to carry luggages.Shower has no holder, you have to hold by yourself.Very pricey.Only 1 pillow is provided.

5 floors, no elevator, EXTRA PAYMENT, some rooms have a good view, others really bad view.

Rooms on the 5th floor (Street side) have a good view of the Eiffel tour. I recommend 504 and 505. Check the photo.

Sheets are dirty, towels were sometimes dirty, no elevator so 5 floors up and down 3 times a day. Street is very loud and the window doesn't close properly. UPDATE: The hotel booked an extra night on my card, and they are not answering my inquiries.
