Riad au calme où on se sent comme à la maison

L'accueil chaleureux du personnel et en particulier de Patrick le propriétaire. Le calme après les journées bruyantes de la ville et une très bonne literie. Le décor du Riad et le bel espace de la chambre.

Les difficultés pour rentrer de Marrakech en taxi. La faible insonorisation des chambres.

repas très bon et cuisiné avec des produits frais, petit déjeuné succulent, thé à la fleur d'oranger préparé avec les fleurs d'oranger fraichement cueillies et infusé, un bonheur ! Patrick s'occupe de tout pour que votre séjour soit un vrai plaisir et que vous vous sentiez bien. Nous sommes arrivés à 22h00, Patrick a fait ouvrir les cuisines pour nous faire préparer à manger. Venez ici les yeux fermés.... :)

excellent and Best place to visit-

The hotel is a family hotel- Staff is so amazing that will make you feel like home away from home- even the owner Patric is on your service all day long- The chef Muhammad is amazing and he will cook for you whatever we feel like. quiet and peaceful hotel.

When i entered i didnt like that much but after 2 hours I loved it and stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days.

peaceful nice pool, pleasant garden. size of the room. great breakfast. friendly staff.

a bit to close from airport with a few planes flying over our head. not very convenient to go back to the Medina in the evening.

The front desk staff was very very helpful and welcoming and made sure our stay was excellent

very cozy and clean and the staff were amazing, complimentary breakfast was very nice and the atmosphere was welcoming

the mattresses were slightly uncomfortable for me but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

It’s a short cab ride from the centre of town - a great place to get away from the rush of the city and to relax around a pool. The staff are terrific too - nothing is too much trouble.

Great deal short drive from the city crowd. Cozy environment, very friendly staff. The chef is a master of the local foods,slow cooked lamb was something, not to mention a generous breakfast. Great standard for the money.

Relaxing stay! Amazing staff!,,

Incredible staff. They went above and beyond every single day to make us feel at home and very accommodating. Our friend forgot her phone in shuttle on way back to airport for an early flight and they helped us get it back quickly so she could make her flight. Great food for breakfast and dinner at the Riad as well. Thank you!

huge rooms and beautiful setting - the place has an aura of older days of splendour and opulence. massive swimming pool and another one indoor.

needs better cleaning and maintenance , too far out from Marrakesh so you need to arrange a driver - taxis don’t know where to go.

A very nice hotel on the whole, but wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning to visit places in the town.

Beautiful hotel set in a very Moroccan-style building. Not many rooms which made the stay a lot more pleasant, especially that there was a large area around the pool as well as indoor lounges. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was air con/heating. Beds were very comfortable too. Breakfast was mainly pastries/bread, fruit and an omelette on demand. Restaurant staff spoke mainly French but there were no problems with communication.

The location is the main issue - it’s outside the city (something that wasn’t obvious from the description), which made for a lot of description to taxi drivers. I’ve had to get my own Google maps out to navigate drivers as there’s no way to really signpost it. If you want the hotel’s transport t’s €15 each way, which is more expensive than using the Roby taxi app. The other problem was the complete absence of any complimentary water/tea/coffee outside breakfast. Obviously if you wanted those in the evening you’d have to either go to the town or have a very modest yet overpriced cup of tea. A bottle of water is more than 3 times its price in the town. Wouldn’t recommend the dinner either - food is much better and more value for money in the town. The rooms aren’t cleaned every day - the beds are made and towels changed but that’s about it. The rugs were dirty by about day 3 but they weren’t swept.

perfect relaxing retreat away from the busy city

very spacious, exclusive and comfortable. fantastic family run business, really appreciated the room upgrade. Pools and spa treatments also very nice. Room service was good and taxi transfers organised by the hotel were fantastic and very efficient. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

I had a wonderful experience at the Palais Riad berber,Every staff member I encountered,from valet to the check-in to the cleaning ,staff were delightful and eager to help ,it were a extremely accommodating and they allowed us to check-in early and I didn’t wanna wait .So this was a big plus .the service was exceptional as well.would definitely send friend there.THANK YOU .

The location and the facility. The stuff were supper friendly and helpful. Very safe and comfortable. Also the service is unbeatable, the hotel has a taxi service that can give you a tour around Marakech with an extra fee.

Setting near the pool at night and watching the stars. Idriss is an amazing host 👏I will go back again when I visit Marakech.

Superb

Driss who runs the hotel was incredibly helpful and kind - he was happy to help us with any requests we had (sending someone out to buy toothpaste for us and even dropping us at an event himself). The hotel was great, with a very relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to relax.

A magical week in a beautiful hotel with brilliant staff especially Dris

My family stayed for a week and had an amazing trip. The staff, the pool and the general tranquillity of the place was amazing. I can also highly recommend the breakfast and the tagines ;)

The hotel is beautiful but the surrounding areas felt a bit removed.

Excellent place for a couples or families. Incredibly helpful staff.

Accommodation was excellent, large family room, comfy beds, small terrace with table and seats for four. Lovely relaxing swimming pool (not heated) with comfortable loungers. Superb breakfast, incredibly helpful owner, who went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. The hotel is about a 20min taxi ride outside of the medina which worked for us as we wanted some quiet but it's an easy ride into the centre when you want to access it. As a family run hotel there is a more personal approach which we appreciated and the owner's son, Driss, made us feel very welcome going above and beyond in making sure all of our needs were met. Thank you to all the team for making our stay fantastic.

Lovely rooms and indoor and outdoor pools. Quiet relaxing environment First class personal service. Excellent breakfast and good local cuisine. Good quiet location with easy access to the city and south to the Atlas Mountains.

Nightmare

The room was good size.

Under staffed. The chef was working as a chef,doorman and cleaning all dishes by himself from early morning till late night. When we went for our breakfast, there was some hard pastries and flies over them. When I raised my concerns about hygiene, he said well we are in a village! We came back in the evening and we had kids in the car, they left us out 2 times to wait more than 10 minutes 1st time and more than 40 minutes 3nd time. They don't have a bell and the door is too far from reception. I was knoking so harf bit no one herd. They said they usually look at the camera but the chef who was meant to check the camera and cook all day got busy so he left us to wait.
