Modern, spacious, comfortable suite in a peaceful rainforest setting. Thoughtfully designed and loved the Origins products in the bathroom and shower.
No lid on the toilet.

The location is beautiful in the rainforest and the vibes is perfect. The breakfast and coffee was great and the staff were Amazing!
The property is very dated in terms of the rooms.
The first room we had a bad mould smell coming from the AC and overall wasn’t very clean.
We then got moved by the reception team to a new room with no smell. However the room was not cleaned that well. A lot of dust was around the bed on the bedsides and mould in the shower. The blind was also broken in the bedroom.
The staff checked on us the next day and I mentioned these cleaning items for housekeeping to do during the service. We came back and none of these were actually cleaned.
