Spacious comfortable clean and stylish
Room did not have smart tv so couldn’t watch apps.

Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.
Hotel was clean.
Swivelly loo seat in my room, and a broken soap dispenser in the shower - showered with the shampoo. Daylight into the room was v.limited - 2m × 0.5m window only. Flashes from the Fire and Security alarms were a little distracting, but eventually fell asleep.

I did originally request a quiet room on my booking/through Booking.com however I was given a room on the front road. On discovering this, I did ask to be relocated to a quiet room and they did so. The staff were very accommodating. The food was also fabulous. I would definitely go back and stay.
Everything was great - no complaints at all. A "nice to have" for me personally, would be breakfast to start a little earlier than 8am.

Breakfast was great as was location however there was a mix up with room we had originally booked. The only room available was on the main road and next to the loud front door. The room did not match the room described that we had booked. Staff were very apologetic and helpful.
In addition to not getting the room we wanted , there was no ham for the sandwich we ordered for lunch. and in the evening, after looking at the dinner menu on line prior to coming we ordered Cromer crab linguini only to find it wasn’t on the menu. However the waiter redeemed the situation by talking to the chef who actually made it for us.
