I like hotel style after long flight where somebody smile and prepared our room key at counter :)
Rooms toilet and carpet floor feels not clean. When doors open bathrooms door. I can see toilet’s yellow stain directly… it’s not nice

The hotel is so close to the station it makes it very easy access to the monorail to reach different destinations all over Naha, including easy and cheap travel to and from the airport.
It is also only a short walk to the main shopping street and all the fun stuff that goes on in town. There is 24hr supermarket right opposite the hotel and plenty of restaurants with easy access all over the place.
This is the 4th time I stayed at this hotel and there is only one thing I can complain about ever so slightly and that is the self-laundry facilities are not always working fully and with only 2 washing machines and two dryers available is not quite adequate enough for all the hotel guests that want to freshen their clothes. There are coin operated facilities nearby but it would be better if the hotel could somehow increase their laundry facilities.

Quite convenient location both for transport ( Monorail ) and main tourist street.
Would have liked a little more English to be spoken - but I could always learn a little Japanese.

Prime location: The hotel is literally right beside the monorail station, making it incredibly easy to get around. It’s also just a short walk to Kokusai-dōri (International Street), with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
Friendly staff: Both the front‐desk team and the breakfast attendants were warm, welcoming, and eager to help with directions or recommendations.
Room size & cleanliness: The room felt quite compact, and I noticed that daily housekeeping could have been more thorough—some corners and surfaces weren’t as clean as I would have liked.
Uncomfortable pillows: The pillows provided were very firm, which made it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position.
Aging bathroom facilities: Although spotless, the shower, sink, and fixtures showed their age and could benefit from some modern updates.
Limited breakfast variety: The buffet offered basic choices, but the selection was rather small compared to other hotels in the area.
