Our stay at Oaks was truly impressive from start to finish. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the guest reception team (Ms. Ann and Ms. Patricia). Everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, welcoming, and courteous, making us feel genuinely valued as guests.
We were especially grateful for the thoughtful upgrade from a Junior Suite to a beautiful room with a private pool. It was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special and memorable.
All the staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile with a warm smile. (Valet, luggage, Reception, Lounge and Taste Rest. Team ). The hotel was comfortable, newly renovated, and had a wonderful atmosphere.
We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Taste. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious food, with plenty of choices for everyone. Everything was well-presented, and the quality and taste were excellent. They also have special corner for kids and also a shelve, bread selection that is gluten-free.
The hotel is very near IBN Batuta Mall, you will just cross the road to get there.
A big thank you to the entire reception team for making our stay so enjoyable. Excellent hospitality like this truly makes guests want to come back. We would definitely stay at Oaks again!

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel has such a cozy, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable stay while still being close to the energy of the city. The location is excellent, right next to the mall, making everything so convenient and accessible.
I admire the amazing warmth welcome and assistance of the following staff: Ann, Mr. Abdalla, Christian, Win, Keith and others who really gave us comfortable weekend vibe🩷🩷🩷🩷
I especially loved the beautiful city vibes around the hotel. It was wonderful to step outside and feel the energy of the city, then come back to such a calm and comfortable place. A perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and relaxation. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to stay here again!
Maybe a jacuzzi with cover 🩷 but it was amazing too

Newly renovated everything was neat and had a good feel to it. The staff were amazing at all times and very helpful.
There were renovations going on, for most of the stay it was not a big deal. But my last 2 days they actually worked right in front of my door so that was not great.

Have a private pool
I am Mohammed Suhail Al Shamsi, room number 116. I stayed at the Oaks Ibn Battuta Hotel from June 2nd to June 3rd, 2026. I encountered a major problem while showering in the outdoor pool when a cockroach emerged from the pool filter box. My family was terrified and immediately left the area, and we subsequently left the hotel.
