Grateful for the assistance I received with switching rooms when I had accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one. The staff were patient and helpful in accommodating my switch.

Fabulous hotel, a minute's walk from Okayama station but no noise from the trains. Perfect for travelling in and out of the city and for shopping. Breakfast was amazing, fantastic selection of different dishes, all fresh and delicious. Room was clean and tastefully decorated with all amenities as needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location, room itself and view
I felt the staff were not so friendly and quite stern when we tried to checked in with our baby. Lack of empathy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable Bathroom was small and dated
