Super close to Okayama JR station. So handy for day trips to Naoshima and Teshima islands... Very nice neighbourhood with a vast supermarket nearby. The breakfast was excellent - very attentive staff and a good variety of options.
Maybe have a bedside light, the overhead lighting is quite a glare.
