Excellent Service!

We have stayed here for many years. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The restaurant has great food and there staff is excellent. Would definitely recommend the food.

Nothing! All services were exceptional. Maids did an excellent job in the rooms. Very very clean.

Did not enjoy this hotel

The main positive about this hotel is it's location. We were able to walk to the beach, our dive shop, restaurants, etc. The main lobby is nice and the staff were helpful. New water and room service are provided daily.

This could just be my unique experience, but I've stayed in 3 star hotels in other countries and this hotel is supposed to be 4 stars? It was not worth the price we paid we thought because: - the bathroom was very small, little to no room to put your toiletries on the counter - our shower leaked to the floor, when we asked for a different room none were available and we just put an extra towel down - there was no sound proofing to the hallway from the room door, we heard a lot plus the little bathroom window/mini door thing wouldn't close so we really heard everything - the bathroom sink handle was sticky and tough to operate - we quickly ran out of hot water in the shower and had to wait a while for the second person to go for hot water - there was damaged grout/tile in the shower Some of these things wouldn't normally bug me so much except we thought we were paying a little more for a nicer hotel.

How they charge. It's a room for 4 and you are only allowed for two and they charge extra for the other two. Weird 🤔 the room are small.

i am vegetarian, and i was very specific when ordering my food at the restaurant and they didn’t care and cook all my meals with animals and served them with animals, I had to return plates all the time. Price for bedroom was a lot, the hotel is very old, doesn’t offer a pool, or beach pass, breakfast, anything, old rooms, not nice blankets, it was horrible and very expensive.

gorgeous view, impeccably clean, friendly, helpful staff

very well located, just across from where you take boat tours, very helpful friendly staff, gorgeous view, impeccably clean. I have already recommended this place to friends coming to la Paz and would definitely stay here again.

The noise at night on the Malecon, which will be the case anywhere you stay on the water. ..blasting car radios… seems like a thing in La Paz. The police should do something about this disturbing of the peace!!

Great place if you want to be in the thick of the Malecon-but don't get ocean view room - too noisy.

Fun area right on the Malecon.

The area is a bit noisy but it was New Year's Eve. Small restaurant and too busy to eat breakfast there.

Really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was average but the staff top notch.

Great staff. They made the stay so much better. We booked a regular room but they had a sea facing room availabel only for the first night we arived so we elected to upgrade. Location is amazing but we went during the annual festival We didnt know it was on when we booked. Its amazing to be on the balcony to see all the parade go by but the noise is super loud until 2 am with the bank right in from of the hotel starting in the afternoon all the way until 2 a,. Expect no sleep if you go durting the festival. The room facing the sea was really good and very large and comfortable and the view was amazing. We had to move to a smaller room the second and thrid night and it was pretty small with sewage smell. If we book again we will make sure its the ocean facing room otherwise its not worth it.

It was fun.

The staff was friendly. restaurant had a great view, service and food.

They require a deposit for a beach towel. They didn’t have enough towels in the room and we had to ask several times for one.

I loved the views from this place. it was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. overall I loved it

the door didn’t stay unlocked to the patio, so you were locked out if you didn’t prop it open. parking is sketchy 😁

Great location but loud.

Location and friendly staff

No hot water in first room. They moved us to another room and the hot water was luke warm for 5 minutes or less then cold. Being right on the Malecon was too loud. It was hard to sleep and sounded like a nightclub with all the vehicles driving past blasting music late into the night.

Will visit again.. in love with La Paz

location was perfect, room spacious and clean. Best shower I had in my 6 days traveling from Cabo to La Paz

noisy until 11 pm but location was in middle of everything!
