Beach, beach towels given, cleanliness, 10 euros to get all inclusive drinks and meals which was handy.

That the room states air con but it dependant when uts turned on so some days are room was pretty warm and we couldn't turn it down and the air when it was working isn't great.

Lovely holiday. I don't know what more you could want from such a reasonably priced 3× hotel  Room spotless . Best thing was the lovely staff who were all working so hsrd

At evening time when the entertainment starts it really needs lower lighting. Hard to create fun atmosphere with bright lights. Only a few brave people will join in

Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice Clean looking modern hotel, well maintained Good facilities including Pool and Gym. Option to have a buffet evening meal in the hotel. This was good. The hotel had access to two private beaches with free deckchairs

Pool area by main reception does not give a good first impression. Some guests not so modest. Tourists in the town can be loud and rude.

The hotel is at a wonderful location. In fact rather glorious.

I loved everything about the property. it was only the kitchen staff that I struggled with and the receptionist, the French lady Marielle was challenging.

Close to the beach, friendly staff, great food.

Our room go flooded due to heavy rain and it took 2 hours to clean up…

Great hotel, which is just in front of the beach. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Foods are also very satisfactory.

Hotel is close to the beach with easy access. Food was fine. Bar is well equipped with premium drinks (I had all inclusive vip). Friendly bartenders. Great coffee in barista bar. Me and my wife loved my meals at the table next to the river with plenty of goose.

We asked for all inclusive vip whitch include sea view. There was a room available but only for 7 of 10 days of our stay but that was fine for us. We accepted we have to move during our stay. Reception lady said they need 10 minutes to clean the room. When we get there there were few issues. We had got broken wine glass (you could hurt yourself if you wouldn't noticed), dirty glassess, used razor set (hairs on razor!) and dirty toilet (looks like someone has a number 2 not long time ago!). I was really disappointed with all of this especially it was my honeymoon. This room needs more that 10 minutes for cleaning - thats for sure. Me and my wife went to reception and said all about this. I didn't hear one simple sorry but they sent a cleaner to our room straight away whitch was fine. One day before we were moving to another room, we have asked what time they want us to do it. We have been told the ealier the better. So we came to the reception right after breakfast ready to do so, we got the card, went to the room and realized that room is not ready for us. We have been told by the cleaner to leave the room for about 30 minutes to get it clean. What was the point to tell us to be ready in the morning? I don't know. There was one time when the bar outside has been closed because of the weather and the bar inside couldn't provide premium drinks despite all inclusive vip me and my wife had but I wasn't big deal - i found good alternatives. Hotel has nice river next to it but I didn't expect that water will be so cold in it making left side of the beach unfriendly for swimmers - if you didn't move in the sea even for a moment you felt cold water running all around you body. Right side of the beach was fine. It is not hotel fault but I think people who are coming here should know about it. Evening atractions have been average.

Breakfast was good but other buffet meals were only OK - red wine on tap was terrible. We went out to local tavernas most nights despite having all inclusive deal Room was spacious and air con was fine. Beach is great but is better up towards the harbour where it is calmer and has a gentler slope in to the sea

Public areas of hotel need better cleaning we were aware of the same dirt on the stairs for the whole week we were there

Fish/geese in the river and riverside restaurant, not many biting insects, food excellent ( buffet style) although desserts were very fattening (good selection of fruit was available too). Good beach and swimming ( didn't use the pools much). Cleaner very friendly and worked hard as did other staff - desk very helpful in sorting out our boarding cards. Tourist shops good although main road dangerous to walk down. Harbour very attractive. Sea and beach looked very clean.

Noisy motorbikes in the middle of the night from the main road below our window kept us awake quite a lot. Not sure the busy road was mentioned in publicity.

Free sunbeds on the beach in front of the hotel. Spacious and modern room.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Buffet was good, fresh and with plentiful choice. Lots of quality sunbeds and shades.

Sheet directly on top of the mattress with no removable (washable) cover.

Amazing beach and location Friendly bar staff

Not much of an animation team-one girl on her own. A lot of areas were unused and there was a lot of storage on display. Some areas wernt particularly clean items that had been left by guests like towels or ice cream tubs were left in the same place for days. Food was ok Room was good, bed was comfy but sink was damaged, bathroom bin didn't lift by the pedal, some hairs left in shower... Just little things

Location - close to awarded beach, sandy beach with free of charge sunbeds and umbrellas. Beach towels provided for all guests. All meals included, plenty of choices available. Snacks and drinks available between main meals. Personnel very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, the stay was very nice. We got to switch off our brains, and just relax and have fun with our kids. The room was very nice and spacious. Even with an extra cot in the room, there was still plenty of space. Overall the breakfasts, lunch and dinners were decent. The staff were really nice, our kids were very found of the staff working breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts. They would always take a moment to engage with our kids, while clearing the tables and making sure the guest had all they needed. The beach belonging to the hotel was split in two parts by a river from the mountains. The water at the beach linked to the river was very cold (cold fresh water coming down) but the other side was really pleasant. We managed to get nice beach seats almost every day, but you have to be there early, as they fill up very quickly. There were two pools, we only used one of them, and it was nice (clean, not too warm, not too cold). The pool bar was one of the highlights, we booked all-inclusive, and splurged to be VIP all-inclusive, which meant several extra perks, including all drink options at the pool bar. The mini disco for kids, which took place 6 out 7 days per week, was a lot of fun for our eldest.

Almost all the vegetarian/vegetable options were really nice, however, the meat options did not impress me much. Often it was dry or chewy. Given the hotel is rated with 4-stars, I expected a higher level of quality of the food. As mentioned, the mini disco for kids was nice, but we were expecting more kids entertainment, the mini disco was the only thing happening for kids, which took place at 8:00 in the evening. The evening entertainment was fun, however, the same entertainment was repeated every week. We stayed for 10 nights, and basically saw most of the acts twice (which takes away a bit of fun). The overall level of the hotel is closer to a 3-star rating than 4-stars.

Amazing staff ready to deal with all sorts of requests !! The property is on the beach and next to a lovely river. Very close to markets etc. Nice food as well.

The rooms facing the sea are noisy because of the pool and kids activities.

Rooms were not as advertised. Small, 2 small drawers and a small wardrobe for 3 peoples clothes. Shower drowned bathroom when used, other than when the toilet had just been cleaned it stank. No air conditioning in the gym

Penelope and Ioanna were absolutely exceptional, she made our holiday with her friendliness, professionalism and ensured our every need was seen to. The staff were exceptional from Costa at the beach bar to Alexandros at the buffet. Thank you, Thank you.

The showers need some attention water runs on the floor.
