Jolie petite residence au calme et au vert, à quelques minutes du port et des plages. L'appartement est confortable avec une chambre, une jolie terrasse et avec tout l'équipement pour passer de bonnes vacances. Parking. Accueil très sympathique.

Emplacement intéressant pour l'accès à pied à la mer et au centre ville.
Absence de climatisation en période de canicule, mais ventilateur sur pied à disposition.
Accès au parking P2 payant et assez compliqué pour manœuvrer avec certains véhicules.
Appartement proposé situé au 3ème étage, mais l'ascenseur ne s'arrête qu'au 2ème !
