The location and general standard. The prices seem to have come down and are now only a little more expensive than the surrounding hotels.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is incredible and the staff is amazing and very proactive to make sure that you get all the attention you need for a good stay! The location is perfect and makes it extremely easy to go anywhere!

My stay in Vidam Hotel Aracaju was very good, the hotel facilities are very nice, room very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The food is also very good and the location is excellent.
The only point I did not like it so much is the wifi internet connection, not very stable, some days it was ok but some others it was very bad, even for messaging and or checking emails.

Checking took long time 1 hour. The drinks at the bar took 40 min and I was the only client. The shower was clogged. The room had nothing special. I preferred when was a Radisson
