Comfortable beds, small yard for dog. Not too close to town so no excess noise of a night.
Could use an update. Shower washers need replacing.
Had toaster and kettle but no cutlery or plates.

Unfortunately it is very close to the main highway into Rockhampton now it has been widened end..if the owners can be subsidised to intalll double glassed windows on the road side it would be good
