Nice location with lake view, a bit far from the city center, but you can walk there in 20-30 minutes. Shaded parking spaces, elevator in the building, modern room, self check-in and check-out, communication was good and all instructions were received in advance.
However, in the room where we stayed, the bathroom needs immediate fixing. All the water from the shower drain leeks on the bathroom floor somehow. After each shower, you could see the water slowly covering the entire bathroom floor and it was a pretty spacious bathroom. We had to use the towels to stop it. Also, the toilet was kind of weird, you have to flush several times (and wait after each flush for the basin to fill) for a proper result, if you get what I mean ;)

Good Location, good price.
The bathroom. Might be an issue with the plumbing- the water stooped several times while I was showering. No lights on veranda 3rd floor.

Room (302) was spacious with great view towards the lake.
There was not hot water (we stayed for 2days) despite notifying the reception, the toilet water pipe had a leak, no sound insulation between rooms (we were hearing all noises from room 303) and breakfast was on low quality (spinach pie was cold) .
