Pool, location and bredfast -in decrescent order- are the only remarkable items of this hotel.
Pool, despite the near yaccusi was not operational
Location is near everything in Punta del Este and Maldonado.
Bredfast is OK despite the dining room is not.
The property needs deep maintenance.
Initially they assigned a room to us where the TV doesn't work because the convert box has been removed. When I mentioned it, they move us to an inferior room where:
The refrigerator was not connected because their plug type was different than the wall outlet type. When I mentioned this situation, they change the refrigerator that apparently works but, in the morning, I discovered that my beverages were not cold. In that moment I discovered that some of the wall outlets doesn't have power.
Also, the air conditioner has the diffusor broken and water drops from it permanently.
Some closet's hinges are broken.
But the worst is a bud smell that coming from the restroom sink due to the absence of the sink elbow.
Please use some of the profit you got from the expensive rate you charge to do a deep maintenance of the rooms.!!
