We loved the stargazing tent. The kids found the kids bunks really fun and it was such a unique stay in our many stays across Tassie. We even braved the outdoor bath in 10’C temps and it was awesome!

Just wished there was a stove, but otherwise it was brilliant and the kitchen had everything else we could want.

Facilities and location were the big seller, an amazing location for families in nature, walking distance to the beach and Historic Site. The receptionist was friendly and bubbly.

We stayed in the Garden Cabin - The cabin was desperately in need of a refurbishment and good scrub. Many things could be fixed with a deep clean such as stained grout and silicone in shower, marked and dirty walls and skirting boards etc...this is disappointing as it has so much potential. There was also an excavator there all afternoon working on a new road, this was directly in front of our window. One would think they would move affected visitors to cabins away from the works, rather than right outside, there were a number of vacant cabins in other locations far away from the noise. They also started up a brush cutter/chainsaw (unsure) at 9.15am on Sunday morning which was annoying, I would have expected them to at least wait until after check-out time. They were 1 hour later offering check-in which was due to illness of housekeeping, I understand these things happen, however, when I requested an extended check-out, they declined and said they had a school group arriving.

Most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. Garden villa exceeded expectations Very convenient and easy to find Staff were welcoming and helpful.
