Location was near the place I had to be and easy to get by. Waitresses during breakfast are very attentive.
I arrived at midnight and the room was just on top of construction being held in the street. I couldn't sleep well and the next day asked for a room change. When I got back and asked, the front desk said there was no notification about it and there was nothing to do. I insisted and the notification was found and they made the room change. Rooms needed some wall paint and I had the daily lunch menu that didn't look like a hotel menu and I was charged full price for it. I did ask for the discount offered by Booking app at the front desk and the answer was that these discounts were made up by booking without them knowing about it. It was a very small amount but still not happy. What would happen if it was a bigger amount?
