Limpeza excelente. Chuveiro maravilhoso.
O café da manhã "diminuiu" um pouco das primeiras vezes que fiquei. Todos os dias foram iguais, não teve nenhuma troca. Durante eventos na cidade o hotel fica muito lotado e o elevador demora demais.

Funcionários da recepção simpáticos e receptivos.
pesar da recepção acolhedora e simpática dos funcionários, as instalações do hotel deixam muito a desejar. No quarto (suite master), a TV não pegava, não tinha saboneteira no box do banheiro, e não abasteceram o recipiente de hidratante.
